Parallax.js allows elements to move depending on a mouse cursor's position, at different speeds.

It uses a perspective principle to shift an element's placement based on its distance to the mouse cursor, and it's position relating to the element as well.

Parallax.js comes with support for iOS devices out of the box.

Examples and usage instructions are included with the download package.
